TITLE: Clinical Supervisor, Therapeutic Visitation Program
SALARY RANGE: $54,000-$60,000 based on experience
JOB SUMMARY: This position will provide clinical supervision, administrative support, and program oversight to the Therapeutic Visitation Program. In addition, this position may provide as needed support to staff members of the Supervised Visitation Program. Person in this position will represent the Program and Agency interests in the community and will perform related work as required.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work or a related field with a minimum of five years’ experience working with trauma, children and families and minimum of two years providing clinical and/or reflective supervision and program oversight. Licensed or license eligible. An expertise in therapeutic work with children and families is required. The strongest candidates will have a solid understanding of generational trauma, the impact of trauma including maltreatment and intimate partner violence on children, theory and practices of Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health, attachment theory, and trauma informed care. Must be familiar with the psycho-social aspects of child maltreatment, attachment, and multi-cultural issues. Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills are required. Experience with Family Therapy, Child-Parent Psychotherapy and therapeutic approaches to working with maltreated children and children impacted by high-conflict custody is essential. Candidate should have a balance of strong reflective supervision skills and comfort providing administrative supervision to ensure best practices. Expected to conduct continuous upgrading of professionalism by attending available workshops and seminars.
