I joined SPCC three years ago and today serve as the Director of Humanity-Centered Care and Programs. In this role, I work to embed SPCC’s core values into our culture, policies, and everyday practices, and I provide strategic leadership and oversight of our Supervised Visitation Program.

I hold a Master of Social Work degree and have over 24 years of dedicated experience supporting families in natural settings, community spaces, and organizations committed to equity. I have specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH), and Reflective Supervision facilitation. My career has been founded on trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices, with a strong emphasis on stability and trust for those I serve.

I believe deeply in the power of relationships to transform outcomes for children, families, and the people who serve them. My work is guided by a commitment to Humanity-Centered Care and Equity, not as an initiative but as a daily relational practice woven into how we show up, lead, and make decisions together. I also believe that caregivers deserve care themselves, and I am passionate about fostering environments where staff feel seen, supported, and valued, as the families we serve do. This motivation stems from my personal experiences and faith, inspiring me to create spaces of genuine care and trust for all.

Beyond the meetings and the mission, my two Lovelines/daughters are my why. Every boundary I hold, every voice I use, every room I walk into with purpose, I carry them with me. They are not just my joy, they are my greatest assignments. Everything I pour into this work is an offering to them and to every family that deserves someone in their corner who truly, deeply cares.
