Brooklynn Tisdale is a dedicated member of the SPCC Family Advisory Collective board. She strives to advocate for families, and work to help ensure the voices of parents, caregivers, and children remain at the center of services and support systems.
She has navigated life’s challenges and obstacles firsthand, and understands deeply the strengths and struggles families face when seeking support. This journey has shaped her into a passionate advocate for resilience, empowerment, creating meaningful positive change and ensuring families receive respectful, effective, and empowering support that will truly make a difference in their lives.
As a nurse and community advocate, through involvement with the Family Advisory Collective, she has grown to appreciate how collaborative partnerships between caregivers and agencies can transform policies and programs. Brooklynn is deeply committed to helping families feel heard, supported, and represented.
